Submission of the claim form must be completed within 24 hours of the own booking made

We will verify if the claim is valid within 24 hours and the lower rate will be honored accordingly plus a further 10% discount from us.

Terms and conditions:

• Best rate guarantee is not applicable to
  • Rates that are exclusive to corporate accounts, travel agents and other negotiated rates
  • Rates that are found on auction websites
  • Anonymous rates in which the hotel name is kept unknown until the booking is confirmed including but not limited to Priceline, Hotwire, etc.
  • Rates that come with a package including extra services and/or amenities such as but not limited to Internet access, breakfasts, airport transfers, etc.
  • Modified or cancelled reservations
• Rate comparison will be made for reservations of which room category, stay period, number of guests, cancellation and advance purchase policies plus other terms and conditions governing the rates are exactly identical. Rates have to be net of taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated.
• For multiple nights’ claim, each night will be compared individually.
• Rate difference that is originated from fluctuation or difference in currency exchange rate will not be eligible for claim.
• Claim form must be submitted within 24 hours from the time the “own booking” is made and 24 hours before arrival, i.e. on-day reservation is not eligible for claim.
• The “lower rate” must still be available and verifiable at the time Cosmo Hotel Mongkok validates the claim
• Cosmo Hotel Mongkok is not liable to indemnity incurs from cancellation made on other websites
• Cosmo Hotel Mongkok reserves full rights in validating a claim and its decision shall be final in the event of a dispute. The guarantee offer is subject to change without prior notice
